PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Seeking : Recent University graduate with interest and experience in Finance & Accounting or working as Secretary at least 2 years.
Role : Your initial role will be to act as the PA to the CEO.
The ideal candidate should be hardworking, motivated, focused with the ability to work independently and maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail. The ability to read and write in English as well as the ability to communicate clearly and accurately with professionals is required.
Required skills :
- Female, maks. 30 Years
- Execellent Command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Outstanding attention to detail a must!
- Computer literacy skills required: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general data management skills.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems.
- Good performance, attractive and energetic
- Problem solving; letter writing; financial management; & general secretarial skills
