BI Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:
- To manage regulatory reporting activities for the bank ensuring compliance with reporting requirements with Bank Indonesia
- To continuously review and enhance reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.
- Keep up to date with BI regulation in order to support management decision making and key compliance risk management
- Actively manage team resourcing requirements in order to maintain key objectives in consideration of the business growth objectives of the Bank
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university;
- Strong knowledge and more than 3 years experience in areas: BI Reporting (LBU, LHBU etc);
- Pose strong data analysis and business analysis skill;
- Pose 1-2 years involvement in Core Banking replacement project is a plus;
- Familiar with Oracle Flexcube is a plus;
- Excellent writing, communications skills;
- Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills;
- Proactive, full of initiative, and able to work efficiently within a team environment;
- Highly Motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
